President's Message

Brothers & Sisters,

Although we started 2020 with a vision to save the lodge building from sale, the year turned out to be unforgiving when it came to carrying out those plans. Our building expenses were greater than our revenues and we weren't even able to use the lodge as planned. We tried to minimize expenses by eliminating many of the services we used, hoping for a turnaround.

Unfortunately the effects that COVID-19 had on our operations have forced us to list the building for sale as was voted on in 2019. Proceeds from the sale will be put in a building fund account to hopefully be applied toward a new lodge sometime in the future.

I would like to point out that it takes a strong membership base to push forward to make this happen, and as many of us know the lack of participation by the majority of the membership was the deciding factor for sale in 2019.

As we push forward with the sale of the lodge, we will determine a schedule for our business meetings. We will most likely turn to virtual meetings and in person meetings at local restaurants when feasible.

If anyone needs anything, we are still here. Virtually....  Feel free to send an e-mail to or Facebook message on our page               and we will respond as soon as possible.
